Divinearth Imports ships to all Canadian provinces and territories and to the USA. If you live outside of Canada or the USA and would like to purchase products please send an e-mail to email@example.com. We would be happy to help process your order.
Each online order is charged a $4.00 handling fee. All orders are shipped through Canada Post. The shipping fee within Canada is $5.00 for one item and $2.00 for each additional item, and in the USA $9.00 for one item and $2.00 for each additional item.
We will send your order out within 3-4 business days of receiving your order.
Canadian orders should arrive in 3-7 business days* after the order has been shipped. USA orders should arrive in 5-15 business days* after the order has been shipped.
Flat, low cost, light weight items qualify for FREE shipping. Items that qualify for FREE shipping will be indicated in the shopping cart area. An example of an item that ships for FREE is hand-made mini-cards.

Customers are charged the appropriate tax rate (PST/GST/HST) base on the province or territory the products are shipped to. Products shipped internationally do not receive PST/GST/HST. Customers having products shipped internationally are responsible for any duty or customs fee that may be charged.
All online purchases are final sale. For health reasons, tea and earrings cannot be exchanged. Products will be eligible for exchange if they are received in perfect condition within 30 days of the initial purchase. The customer is responsible for paying shipping to and from Divinearth Imports. Once products have been exchanged they will be considered a final sale and cannot be exchanged again.
As many products we carry are hand-made, please expect natural variation in colours, gemstones, patterns and shape. This includes, but is not limited to, hand-made jewellery, painted silk scarves, natural dyed scarves, cards, bags etc. Sample pictures displayed on the online shop will not always be the exact product you receive. Each product is unique. Natural variation will not be considered a design flaw.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If, however, you receive a product and you feel there is a design flaw, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the contact form indicating the reason for return.
If you are returning silver jewellery, do not indicate that you are sending valuable goods or jewellery on the envelope or package that you mail – this invites thieves. At a minimum, send the jewellery with Canada Post in a tracked envelope. For other goods use your discretion; a form of tracked mail is best because it ensures you will always know where the product is. We are not responsible for untracked lost mail.
If we find a design flaw with the product, will we fix or exchange your product and pay the shipping to return the product to you.
